In a time of great challenges, changes, and competition, the AmeriQuest Symposium will help business professionals face the future with new insights, outlooks, and perceptions.
Tomorrow, I and a number of my colleagues will leave for Orlando, Florida where the 2016 AmeriQuest Symposium will take place. This is far from the traditional meeting and networking event you either attend or hear about. This is an invitation-only gathering of executives from a wide variety of businesses that come together, not only for business growth, but for personal growth as well.
Over the years, AmeriQuest Business Services has gathered together experts and thought leaders from an array of disciplines: politics, economics, technology, health and well-being, cybersecurity, and personal growth. In the past, speakers have ranged from:
SEAL Team 10 member, Marcus Luttrell, who was the sole survivor of a Taliban attack in Afghanistan. His harrowing story became the subject of a major movie.
Jeb Bush, former Governor of Florida and current Republican candidate for the Presidency.
Keren Elazari, a renowned cybersecurity expert who has consulted with Fortune 500 and Global Big 4 companies.
Ben Stein, noted economist, writer, actor, and commentator.
Jim Carroll, one of the world’s leading international futurists, trends and innovation experts.
This year’s roster is equally impressive, with speakers poised to make attendees reconsider their perceptions, embrace new ideas, and welcome new insights. This year’s Symposium speakers include:
- Lou Holtz – Holtz, the only coach in NCAA history ever to lead six different programs to bowl games, and the only coach ever to guide four different programs to final top 20 rankings, will deliver the keynote speech. A motivational speaker who has earned major accolades for his presentation, Holtz delivers his guidance for excellence with trademark humor and humility.
- Frank Luntz – Immediately recognizable from his numerous appearances on TV, Dr. Luntz is considered a premier pollster on American politics. He’s often seen with his focus groups on the major cable news channels as well as on PBS and the BBC. He was named one of the four “Top Research Minds” by Business Week and was a winner of the coveted Washington Post “Crystal Ball” award for being the most accurate pundit.
- Stephen Moore – A Distinguished Visiting Fellow at the Heritage Foundation and former senior economics writer for the editorial board of the Wall Street Journal, Moore puts his laser-like focus on helping the U.S. retain its position as the global economic superpower. He is also well-known as the creator of the Club for Growth and the Free Enterprise Fund.
- Gary Hamel – Called “the world’s leading expert on business strategy” by Fortune magazine and the world’s most influential business thinker by The Wall Street Journal, Hamel has spoken at the World Economic Forum, the World Business Forum, and TED. Now a Visiting Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the London Business School, Hamel will call on Symposium attendees how to challenge the norms and create corporate-wide, game-breaking strategies for continuous innovation to drive business growth.
With a world that’s constantly facing technological and business model disruptions, global highs and lows, changing customer demographics and expectations, this may be, perhaps, one of the most important Symposiums we’ve ever had. Challenges have never been greater and the Symposium was created to help companies answer those challenges as they move towards ever greater growth.
Look for blogs on the Symposium which will appear throughout the month.
